wait cursor

A special cursor, often a hourglass or watch to indicate the system is busy and the user should wait, not panic. They are quite tricky to do properly. The basics are:

private static final Cursor WAIT_CURSOR =
Cursor.getPredefinedCursor( Cursor.WAIT_CURSOR );
window.setCursor( WAIT_CURSOR );
