javah.exe
A tool used by JNI programmers. It takes a class file that declares some abstract native methods and creates a C, yes C, header file containing source code for C-style method signatures for the native methods you have yet to write in C, C++ or assembler.

Sun’s JDK Tool Guide to javah.exe : available:

It works much like java.exe except instead of running the program it examines the compiled class file to produce C source code. e.g. 

javah.exe -jni -o PCClock.h com.mindprod.Clock.PCClock
You must specify the fully qualified class name, without the *.class extension. The -o option lets you specify the name of the generated output C source code header file.
