ICRA: Internet Content Rating Association, née RSAC, manages the now obsolete PICS Internet content rating scheme. It has been replaced by a single labels.rdf file in the root.
You may label your site for free, but if you want your labels registered in the ICRA database, and your site labels verified, it costs $35.00 USD . You must have W3C verified web pages to qualify for validation.
