Digg

A site that lets you submit technical news stories in various categories. Users give feedback on whether they should be published. You can let people know when you find an interesting URL. As more people digg the site, the counts rise, and it rises in the list of things likely to be of interest to others. You can also leave comments about news stories. You can solicit people to submit your web page to Digg with a button like this:
