bmp
*.bmp files are a primitvie Windows proprietry bit-map image format. They contain a single resolution, rectangular image without transparent background. They are commonly used for images embedded in Windows C++ apps. Java cannot handle them. You must convert them to *.png with a utility like IconXP.
