premature ejaculation

Coming too quickly, before you or your partner has had time to enjoy themselves. It often results from surreptitious masturbation, where you learn to do it quickly to avoid detection. Part of the treatment is to teach you how to masturbate slowly, not using fantasies, but rather concentrating on sensations. It can be treated much like impotence. You use drugs that force you to maintain an erection no matter how many times you come. You learn how to take your time in sex, learning to enjoy all the other sensuous forms that don’t lead to immediate orgasm, such as massage.

Premature ejaculation is almost never a problem for gay males. Why is that?

If you are getting a blow job, the guy giving the blow job can easily tell if you are coming close to orgasm, and it is up to him to back off, until he wants you to come.
If you are getting screwed, the screwer will give you little or no penile stimulation until he wants you to come.
If you are screwing, you have to go very slowly at first to avoid hurting the screwee. Once you are over the initial hump, there is little risk of premature ejaculation. Further, the awkwardness of entry tends to be a slight turnoff.
